2025 Women's Composite Cycling team, for the upcoming
Redlands Classic, and the Armed Forces Cycling Classic.

Overview:
JAKROO Women’s Cycling Composite Teams provide
opportunity for aspiring athletes to attend high profile
events otherwise not available to them.
Selected riders receive:
Entry fee, Housing, Race Kits and
Onsite Race/Logistic Assistance.
Athletes are eligible to apply for travel stipend.
The teams are selected by JAKROO, in consultation with the
JAKROO Women’s Composite Leadership Team:
Kristen Arnold
MS, RDN, CSSD, USA Cycling Level 1 certified coach,
Current Women’s Development Road Director for Team USA, current Performance Manager, Sports Dietitian, and Sport Director for UCI Women’s Continental Hess Cycling Team.
Julie Kuliecza
Former Professional Cyclist, with
Leadership Roles in Women’s Cycling with
Long Tail Productions, Prairie State Cycling,
The Happy Tooth Foundation, and as
Executive Director of the Amy D. Foundation.
Athlete Selection Criteria:
•Athletes must have a valid USA Cycling Racing License for domestic events (and those living in the USA) or UCI International Racing License and meet all eligibility requirements of USA Cycling and the UCI.
•Athletes must be in good standing with USA Cycling, UCI (if applicable), U.S. Center for SafeSport and the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) at the time of nomination.
•If chosen, the athlete must be able to be released from their team for the selected event and send to JAKROO leadership a completed and signed ‘Rider Release Form’ from their team manager/owner at
least 2 weeks prior to the event. The form must have the athlete’s name exactly as it appears on their license, their team name exactly as it appears on their license, the official name of the race they were selected for, and the name and signature of the team manager releasing the rider.
•Must have at least the minimum category of the race they were selected for (Cat 2 or 3). If the athlete does not hold a license with the minimum category, the athlete must have strong evidence of an upgrade that will take place prior to the event.
Athlete must provide a race resume with top results, and 2 references.
•Eligible to compete in the women's category.
•Have the means to attend the event within the financial requirements (example: if flights/travel are to be the responsibility of the athlete, the athlete is able to pay or find funding for flights/travel.
•Willing and able to complete SafeSport Trained Program,
must complete and provide certificate of completion (within
the last 12 months) to JAKROO team leadership at minimum
2 weeks prior to event.
•The athlete must have a working phone with Whatsapp downloaded or capable of being used and downloaded.
